Hairdresser/beautician

Consulting with customers to understand their hair type, desired style, and specific requests or concerns
- Providing advice on hair care, hairstyles, beauty products and other cosmetic supplies
- Cutting and shaping hair according to the customer’s preferences, using different cutting techniques and tools, such as scissors, clippers and razors
- Colouring, straightening and permanently waving hair with chemical solutions
- Shampooing and conditioning customers’ hair, ensuring proper cleanliness and scalp health
- Have knowledge of various hair care products, including shampoos, conditioners, styling gels, serums, and hair masks
- Recommending suitable products and educate customers on proper hair care routines
- Performing chemical treatments like keratin treatments or chemical straightening, following safety protocols
- Recommend and sell lotions, tonics, or other cosmetic supplies
- Provide face, neck and scalp massages
- Ensuring cleanliness and maintain a hygienic environment in the salon
- Providing excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification is advantageous but not a must
- At least 2years of hairdresser/salon experience
- Ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
