Business Development Manager: Residential Construction Team Leader***
Reports to: National Sales Manager
Location: Auckland
Purpose of Role: To lead the Residential Construction team who target the residential construction market in order to aggressively acquire market share across all product categories in the assigned regions.

**_Key Responsibilities: _**
- Management, Coaching and development of the Residential Construction team to ensure they are competent in their roles and achieve their set KPI’s.
- Coaching through ride days with the team to keep training fresh and consistent.
- Drive the team to demonstrate Milwaukee Tools and show the user our value proposition at every contact
- To target new business opportunities in the ResCon industry
- Make regular sales calls (both in person and over the phone) to new business opportunities
- Create demand for Milwaukee across the ResCon industry.
- Maintain, support and service the end user to create the best user experience possible by offering solution-based selling.
- Execute innovative sales strategies to convert users from existing brands to Milwaukee

**_Skills & Responsibilities: _**
- Minimum 2 year of trade experience or relevant graduate degree and previous management experience
- Experience within the residential construction industry would be ideal
- Experience with using a Salesforce/Sales cloud or CRM tool
- Have a basic level understanding of the Office suite
- A practical mind with a mechanical/technical aptitude
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
