A great opportunity has become available for a Storeperson to join our Compounding Team in a full-time, permanent role on site at our Auckland Facility.

You will be responsible for the following:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining inventory/stock
- Managing stores daily scheduling, meetings and ensuring training is rolled out to the stores team
- Purchasing Baxter lines from Distribution Centres and receiving all inventory into JDE (and Merlin where applicable)
- Assisting pharmacy with daily production needs
- Transferring stock to other pharmacy sites if needed
- Ensuring stock counts are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Implantation of lean in store area
- Organising credit/debit for under/over supply or damaged stock
- Entering bills into Coupa
- Liaising with suppliers and Central Purchasers when necessary
- Managing and Co-ordinating Monthly stock takes
- Other pharmacy duties as required

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Demonstrate leadership qualities
- Experience in a similar role, essential.
- Ability to adhere to procedure with good attention to detail.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Good time management skills.

You will be required to work **40 hrs a week (5 days a week, Monday to Sunday) **between the operational hours of **5:00 am - 10:00 pm** depending on the business requirements.
