Are you a motivated Payroll Administrator with attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and a friendly service-oriented approach? Would you like to be part of a fun, hardworking, supportive team?
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our finance team based in the Hamilton Support Office. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will become our payroll expert, responsible for processing our weekly payroll for over 400 staff members.
- previous start to end payroll processing experience
- a working knowledge of NZ pay-related legislation
- knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and processes
- excellent verbal and written English language skills
- demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
- the willingness to take responsibility, use initiative, and problem solve
- discretion and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
Previous experience working with MYOB EXO Payroll and/or Deputy would be a significant advantage.
It’s an exciting time to be joining the Cater Plus team as our payroll expert We are in the midst of implementing new scheduling and timesheet software, Deputy, and with the support of the Finance Manager, you will be instrumental to ensuring a smooth transition, and its successful integration to payroll.
