Gisborne, New Zealand Fix A Mobile Full time

**Our Store operates every day, from morning **8**:3**0 am to **05**:3**0 pm, and weekend work is an essential part of this role.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer tailored recommendations on our product range and software solutions based on the customer needs.
- Provide comprehensive information on product features, pricing, delivery options and warranties.
- Sell a variety of products and services, including refurbished computers, peripherals, software and mobile telephones.
- Handle transactions proficiently, accepting payments through various methods and generating accurate sales invoices.
- Provide written quotes to customers.
- Support in the accurate management of inventory, including maintaining stock levels and participating in regular stock audits to uphold accuracy.
- Display goods for sale in an attractive manner, and efficiently wrap and pack goods sold to ensure customer satisfaction and avoid the breakage of the gadget.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification or six months Relevant work experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively determine & fulfil customer needs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Proactive approach to sales, with a willingness to learn about new products and technologies.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work weekends and participate in occasional overtime as needed.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
- A passion for sales and prior sales experience in a similar environment is an added advantage.
