The hours and days for this Charge Baker position are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 0400-1230 and we ask for flexibility across a 7 day roster, you may be called at short notice to cover shifts in the store roster.

In this role assisting the department manager with their responsibilities, you could expect to be:

- Ensuring a great level of service for our bakery customers
- Overseeing the production and quality of our products
- Having sole charge of the Bakery in the absence of the department manager
- Championing Occupational Health and Safety and Food Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors

In our next Charge Baker we are looking for:

- Previous people leadership experience in a Bakery environment
- A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Previous baking experience and a passion for creativity
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
