We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Green team in the sunny Hawkes Bay This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the construction industry and work alongside experienced professionals in the field as a Survey Cadet.

As a Survey Cadet, you will get the opportunity to work outdoors, away from the traditional office environment You will gain hands-on experience in the field, working alongside experienced professionals.

**What you will bring to the role**
- A desire to learn, new technologies and techniques are constantly emerging in the field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A meticulous approach to work, with strong organisational skills
- Valid driver's license, as travel to job sites will be required
- Familiarity with basic surveying equipment and software, as well as a strong understanding of mathematical concepts and geometry.
