We are looking for 3permanent and full-time (at least 40 hours guaranteed to maximum 60 hours per week, workdays from Monday to Sunday) competent Handypersons to grow with our team.

Handypersons will be assisting with appliance installation, property repair and maintenance work in renovation and new builds projects. You should ideally be a great team player, have a site safety mind, be physically fit, punctual, and hardworking.

No prior work experience is required for this role but could be an advantage. Priority will be given to local NZ residence/citizens.

**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- Cleaning the area for installation and ensuring materials and equipment are in good working order
- Assisting in setting up the job sites and preparing the layouts
- Repairing and restoring simple defective and broken items, such as windows, doors, fences, shelves, wall etc.
- Assisting with the installation of appliances, such as air-conditioner, cookware, dryer, lighting etc
- Cleaning and repair ducts, pipes, gardens lawns, driveways and walkways
- Performing limited assembly, installation and maintenance functions under the supervision of a tradesperson
- Following instructions from supervisors
- Assisting in testing and operating systems to make sure appliances are working properly
