The RoleThis is a great opportunity for an engaging, customer-centric individual to join their energetic team. As Trade Sales Consultant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers continue to regard them as their first choice in the market.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Providing exceptional customer service, face-to-face and over the phone
- Demonstrate technical know-how and be prepared to learn about trade related accessories and equipment
- Engage with customers and offer a solutions-based approach by developing a genuine understanding of their needs
- Be the face of the Trade Store, meeting and greeting customers and offering guidance throughout the sales process
- Provide customised quotations and promote an extensive range of products
- Ability to contribute to an energetic and unique culture where they believe that your work should be fun, stimulating and rewarding

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience within the fabrication industry is highly sought though not essential
- A great listener, a real passion for providing exceptional customer service and support
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers
- An organised and efficient working manner with strong administrative skills
- The ability to think on your feet and take ownership of the Store floor
- A friendly, well-presented and trustworthy persona
