Are you an experienced IT Trainer based in Northland seeking a new career opportunity?

Due to increased training requirements we are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join a progressive health care enterprise based in sunny Whangarei
- Proven experience in the delivery of IT training sessions for scheduled classroom, staff orientations, in-service or on-request demands
- Entry of course schedules into databases, websites or other scheduling solutions
- Creation or updating of documentation and other training resources
- Preparation of all resources and training materials required for delivery
- Entry of participant completion rates into databases or websites
- Evaluation of course and trainer effectiveness
- Identification of participants who would benefit from extra training with provision of feedback and recommendations for additional courses
- Provision of support and assistance in response to customer queries logged in service desk software
- Resolution of support jobs for training requests logged in service desk software
- Management of training support requests in line with standard protocols
- Preparation and maintenance of adequate stocks of training materials
- Investigation and research into new ways of training
