**About the role**
Geotechnical Drilling is a secure and technically challenging career path, where you will have the structured training to obtain you tickets and be surrounded by a team which champions safety every day.
You will gain exposure to a variety of projects across ground engineering including slope stabilisation and rockfall mitigation across national parks, road upgrades, construction, and infrastructure.
In the geotechnical world no two days are the same, and safety is number one. As a team we work through the gritty challenges on site, and make sure that we enjoy what we do and have fun. The plant fleet is second to none in NZ, and we continue to invest in innovative equipment.
If you already have construction experience, you’re a school leaver or are keen to break into the geotechnical industry, we will support you to learn operating various drill rigs such as Track Mounted Rotary and Top Drive drill rigs. Depending on your interests’ other tickets include Elevated Work Platform, Forklift, Truck licence, Dogman, Crane operator and Telehandler.
