**About the Role**:
As a Trainer and Facilitator, specializing in onboarding and coaching, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our contact centre agents. You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new hires, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Additionally, you will provide ongoing coaching and support to existing team members to help them continuously improve and achieve their performance goals. This role would also be suitable for someone coming from a team leader or onboarding/HR background where you have been involved in training and development. This role is currently a temporary role with the potential for it to go fulltime for the right person. It is between 25 - 30 hours per week with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

Your role will include:

- Design and deliver interactive training material and sessions aligned with company objectives and learning outcomes.
- Create and streamline training materials.
- Provide coaching and feedback to contact centre agents to help them develop their skills and achieve performance targets.
- Monitor participant progress.
- Refine onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify training needs and tailor coaching sessions accordingly.

**To succeed in this role you will be/have**:

- Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
- Understanding of sales and sales processes.
