Our Wairakei based Industrial Painting team are reputed for their quality work and strong team culture.

As a Spray Painter / Blaster with us, you’ll enjoy a variety of jobs throughout the process including working on our own equipment, plant and structures, external clients’ equipment as well as on-site work. This could see you working on power stations, dairy sites, well heads, machinery and boats.

**You**:
You’ll either be an experienced industrial painter who understands film build, a spray painter looking to refine your skills, or a someone looking to change industry and retrain. The non-negotiables are that you:

- Take pride in producing quality work
- Are motivated and committed to learn
- Have strong attention to detail
- Are a strong team player not afraid to speak up
- Enjoy physical, manual work
- Are able to work extended and flexible hours as and when required (including periodic travel outside of Taupo)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Industrial coating and corrosion protection
- Follow detailed project documents
- Surface preparation including sandblasting, mechanical cleaning and pressure washing
