Miniso Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Retail Assistants for the short term. This position must be available to work from Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to pick up more shifts during weekends, between 16th June to 23rd July 2023. If you are a good fit for the position, we may offer more casual hours beyond this period.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and assistance with purchases
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
- Help with visual merchandising and store displays
- Follow company policies and procedures for customer service and store operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday and flexibility to work weekends during the contract period
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
