At Catch Design, we help some of New Zealand’s best brands create meaningful digital experiences. We’re looking for a talented Test Analyst to join our team—a proactive Test Analyst who thrives on ensuring high-quality, functional digital projects leave our agency.

**Please note**:

- You must be located in Wellington or Auckland to be eligible for this role.

Your role includes designing and executing test suites, end-to-end UI testing, analysing test data, writing and preparing test reports, collaborating with stakeholders, and continuously improving Catch’s testing standards and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Identify, log, and track bugs or issues affecting usability and functionality, ensuring clear communication of defect details.
- Write and present detailed test reports to stakeholders, summarising testing activities, results, and recommendations.
- Support the successful delivery of low-defect, high-quality solutions through thorough functional, regression, and smoke testing.
- Partner with the Project Delivery team and other stakeholders to align testing with project goals and timelines.
- Champion testing standards at Catch and contribute to refining testing methods, including identifying opportunities for process automation.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and recommend new testing tools and methodologies that enhance testing quality and efficiency.
- Produce and maintain clear documentation for testing processes, results, test reports, and defect tracking.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage, including identifying security vulnerabilities and supporting measures to mitigate risks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Continually looking for improvements.

**Essential Qualifications/Experience**
- 5+ years of commercial functional testing experience, including functional, regression, and smoke testing.
- Experience with a range of test management tooling.
- Strong experience in cross browser/device testing.
- Proficiency in writing and presenting test reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with API testing.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks and projects within time and budget constraints.
