Step into an exciting new position as the Promotions Manager and Development Lead - North based in Auckland.

**The Role**

MediaWorks is seeking an experienced Auckland Promotions Manager/Training and Development Lead - North to lead the execution of all national and local promotions in the Auckland market. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers and the General Manager to deliver exceptional results for our customers.

This role includes responsibility for supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and development of promotional talent across the North Island

This role Reports to the General Manager Auckland & dotted line to the Regional General Manager
- Drive Promotional Revenue for all MediaWorks brands across your local market.
- Work with sales, promotions and content teams to develop revenue-generating promotional and integrated content opportunities.
- Enhance the performance and reputation of MediaWorks as the leader in local radio promotions
- Collaborate with the Regional General Manager North Island to define and implement the overarching promotional strategy
- Drive brand and revenue growth
- Provide ongoing training to the North Island Promotions teams to ensure streamlined and consistent operations

**About You**
- At least 8 years of experience in a Promotions and/or Events environment
- A strategic and creative thinker who aligns with MediaWorks' direction and will take our team on the journey to get there
- Ability to analyse information, identify the best options, make quick decisions when needed, and think creatively
- Committed to providing constructive feedback, encouraging team growth, and pursuing personal development
- Possesses a can-do attitude and is a curious learner
- Builds positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Results-driven with the ability to successfully deliver on revenue, brand, and customer satisfaction outcomes
