**AE 2100D3 Field Service Representative - Royal New Zealand Air Force Base Auckland, Aotearoa**

The AE2100D3 Field Service Representative will provide technical guidance and advice in the evaluation of unusual engine related issues from all levels of operations and maintenance on Defense Aerospace product lines. This role will be based in Aotearoa (Royal New Zealand Air Force Base Auckland).

**Key Accountabilities**:
Manage and maintain close liaison with all relevant sections of the Customer organization, and Rolls-Royce Customer Support, Engineering, and Program Management.

Establish and maintain working relationship with all AE 2100Field Service Representatives, and Deployed Operations Managers (DOM’s) on all supported Defense programs. Similarly, establish and maintain working relationships with Customer Training Manager and Instructors.

Provide technical assistance in the form of written, phone calls, electronically or customer visits relating to aircraft engine operations, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and logistic support.

Utilize and support Rolls-Royce and customers databases and diagnostic software programs on generated technical queries.

Travel may required up to 25% of the time, to include deployments with the Customer, if requested and deemed safe by Rolls-Royce Senior Leadership

**Basic Requirements**:
Must be a New Zealand or Australian Citizen

A minimum of 5 Years of experience Maintaining, Operating, Testing or Equivalent Aircraft Gas Turbine Engine experience

Familiarity with the applicable regulations of relevant airworthiness authorities

**Preferred Requirements**:
A current FAA Mechanic Certificate with a Powerplant rating or international equivalent
