**About the Role**

We currently looking for an experienced **Stores Controller (Storeperson-Warehouse) **to support our stores team and provide excellent service to internal customers.
- Pick and issue stock required for specific company works, preventative/reactive maintenance and contracting jobs as per the relevant documentation provided.
- Load/unload vehicles with the use of a forklift.
- Ensure inward and outward goods meet the required quantity, quality standard and specifications.
- Carry out standard housekeeping duties associated with the store and yard.
- Ensure accurate inventory control database systems and records are maintained and up to date.
- Stocktaking and cycle counting.
- Report errors or systems issues directly to the supervisor on a timely basis.
- Assist with the purchasing of materials and other supplies as required.

**About you**

***To be considered, you will have some or all of the following:

- Have warehouse experience.
- Understanding of inventory control.
- Experience in using computerised warehouse system e.g. SAP will be ideal.
- Good Communication skills.
- A qualification in Warehousing is desirable.
- Current forklift licence and F endorsement preferred.
- A valid New Zealand drivers' licence (Class 2 preferred).
