**Produce Manager / Supervisor

Do you have supermarket experience and are you looking for the next step in your career?

New World Paremata is looking for a Produce Manager / Supervisor to lead our produce department. This role is ideal for someone who has supermarket experience an any department and is passionate about delivering great customer experiences. You would be looking to develop your retail, leadership and commercial skills in a fun, warm and friendly team environment.

**Your responsibilities leading the produce department will include**:

- Ensuring the shop is full and appealing throughout the hours of trade.
- Ensure product range, quality and pricing/promotional mix is tailored to the season and our communities needs
- Achieve sales, GP and wage targets
- Meet food safety requirements.
- Supermarket experience
- Customer and people focused
- Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role
- Results driven and have good attention to detail
- Calm under pressure
- A willingness to learn
- A positive, friendly, can-do attitude
- Ability to work a weekend day
