**Your Future Role**
This role is responsible for contacting high value clients to resolve delinquencies and ensure accounts are maintained in good standing (i.e., renewal eligible). This role maintains optimal performance measured by key metric categories including calls per day and total dollars collected, driven by delinquent accounts eligible for collection assignment.
This role is a Permanent Full-Time Position commencing ASAP reporting to the Manager of Client Care.
**Your Responsibilities**
This role will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Facilitating targeted collection calls per day on assigned delinquent portfolio of accounts averaging $10M+ to ensure prompt payment.
- Negotiate payment arrangements based on various leverage opportunities.
- Report on high balance accounts to collections and sales management teams, as needed.
- Interact with sales leadership and high-dollar marketing consultants to effectively address delinquencies of largest value accounts.
- Partner with collections management team for optimal handling of accounts where exceptions have been made in the past, to determine how to proceed with future proposals outside of usual collection practices.
**A Bit About You**
- Foundational industry knowledge with the ability to gain an understanding of internal products and reselling the value of the client’s program.
- Knowledge of B2B collections procedures and accounts receivables procedures.
- Interpersonal and customer services skills with the ability to build rapport while ascertaining reasons for delinquency.
- Time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and multitask across system platforms as well as manage and achieve performance targets by prioritizing and organizing daily workflow inventory.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide conflict resolution while maintaining professionalism.
