We are looking for New Zealand Registered Dietitians to join our Nutrition & Dietetics Services department. You will cater to clients requiring secondary care services for a wide variety of conditions and will work predominantly in outpatient clinics, on the inpatient wards and providing community visiting services.
- We have a Nelson based **part-time** (0.2 FTE) role available, working 16 hours a fortnight on a fixed term basis for 13 months covering parental leave working with oncology clients. Hours and days are flexible.
- We have a Nelson based **part-time **(0.95 FTE) role available, working 76 hours a fortnight on a permanent basis, between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
- We have a Blenheim based **full-time** (1.0 FTE) role available, working 80 hours a fortnight on a permanent basis, between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
- We have a Nelson based **casual** role available, where hours are required to cover planned and unplanned leave.

The full-time equivalent salary range for this position is $68,371 to $85,992based on the PSA Allied Public Health and Technical MECA, dependent on skills and experience.

**Ko wai he kaitono tōtika? (Who is an appropriate applicant?)**

You will be a NZ Registered Dietitian with a current Annual Practising Certificate and will have at least two years of previous comprehensive hospital based clinical or generalist experience. Having a Dietitian Prescriber Endorsement is essential.

You will have experience in a variety of adult nutrition interventions, be client and whanau centered, a clear communicator and an effective team member
- Te Whatu Ora staff must have completed their primary course of two NZ approved COVID-19 vaccinations as they have direct contact with patients and members of the public._
