Along with this there are a multitude of music festivals, garden and arts festival and festival of the lights and more.
You will be working across a wide sector of the population from children to the elderly so your patient care needs to at a high level, taking care that everyone is treated with respect and dignity. It is vitally important that you are able to use full diagnostic equipment and able to accurately identify, test, investigate history of the patient, diagnose and manage a wide range of disorders of human hearing.
**The Company**
Our client, Central Audiology are passionate about healthy hearing, providing their patients with the most recent technology based on the latest research. They are a leading hearing specialist in Taranaki with 3 clinics and are the only independently owned and operated audiology practice in the region with the largest supply of hearing products available. Their overall services include diagnostic hearing tests, hearing aids and hearing protection, ear wax removal, tinnitus assessment and therapy.
The successful person will have:
- A relevant university qualification in Audiology to Masters' Level
- Hands on experience working as an audiologist is ideal but not essential
- An understanding of the importance of following clinical standards
- Able to clearly communicate with patients and colleagues
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- The ability to show compassion and patience on the job
- Able to manage clinical time effectively
- A strong team focus
