This is where you come in...

We're on the lookout for a Content Loader to join our growing and high performing Digital team based in either Auckland or Christchurch.

As a Content Loader, you'll be required to create and deliver tailored HTML templates, forms and banners for the Fisher & Paykel, Haier and DCS brand promotions in the different global markets and manage the digital journey end to end. You'll need to ensure that any new product introductions/releases go live on time by liaising with internal stakeholders, gathering web relevant content, collating and loading to relevant platforms.

You'll understand, interpret, and implement all BAU updates and fixes across both product and non-product pages across all digital platforms. You'll also be required to load the latest technical literature onto the relevant product pages on time and ensure that it is updated when a release notification comes through.

Within your role, you'll regularly contribute ideas to our Conversion Rate Optimisation Programme and need to constantly be seeking to optimise the on-site customer experience via multi-variant test cases.

What we're looking for

You're a very effective communicator, with strong written, verbal and presentation skills. An excellent team player, collaborating closely with other content loaders, developers, designers, product teams and data analysts. You will also be collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders and peers, within both structured (workshops, etc.) and unstructured environments.

You are highly organised and consistently deliver to deadlines. You can identify new initiatives and ensure that they get approved ahead of time. You have a proactive and positive approach to requests, ensuring timely resolution and consistent customer satisfaction.
