**Kaihoahoa Whenua / Intermediate Landscape Architect (Tauranga)**
Join our collaborative Design Practice as a Kaihoahoa Whenua / Landscape Architect, working in our studio based in the beautiful city of Tauranga.

While being based in Beca’s Tauranga Design Studio, you will be part of a nation-wide Design Practice, with studios in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, and Christchurch. With 70+ Architects, Landscape Architects and Urban Designers, you will be part of our award winning and growing team, gaining recognition through our design approach and our commitment to transforming places and spaces that people live, work, and play in.
You will be working with a team that has developed over the last six years, a leading design reputation across a diverse portfolio of projects that focus on coastal resilience, transport modal-shift and public realm improvements with strong place-making and cultural drivers. A few projects that showcase our experience and which we are genuinely proud of include Iwi and Marae Masterplans, Vanuatu Waterfront Rehabilitation, Te Kuiti’s Te Ara Tika Pedestrian Bridge and the Raglan Wharf Coastal Redevelopment.

This role will suit a creative, driven and team-orientated individual who is keen on problem solving and designing through a range of scales. We will value your enthusiasm to continue to learn from your peers and more senior team members and will encourage you to think laterally and push the boundaries.

Some key aspects for success in this role include:
- Recently graduated, or in the early stages of your career
- A Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture
- Strong visual and written communication skills
- Self-directed, critically minded, displaying a growth mindset
- Skilled user of Adobe Creative-Suite
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit
