At Te Whatu Ora we are committed to enhancing healthcare services and improving the lives of our community. We are seeking someone to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the administration and successful delivery of our Planned Care projects.
**Ko wai koe | About You**
As Administration and Projects Support - Planned Care, you will collaborate closely with the Perioperative Manager, project team members, and stakeholders to drive the success of our Planned Care initiatives. In assuming this responsibility, you will support the Planned Care Project Team to improve the productivity and sustainability of our Planned Care service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assisting with the production of reports and presentations.
- Maintaining project records and collation of project documents for team accessibility and future auditability.
- Assisting the Perioperative Manager in system required schedule changes.
- Working with craft group rosters to ensure sessions are resourced, and that staff are aware of whether their session is fully resourced or not.
- Supporting stakeholders within the planned care environment with production data and insights collection and communication of relevant information to requests
- Collaborate with Māori and disability partners, mana whenua, and community organizations to represent information in culturally responsive ways.
- Perform other duties within the scope of the role as agreed upon with your manager.
**Essential**:
- Relevant tertiary or technical qualification (e.g., business administration, or working towards).
- Exceptional computer skills, you can pick up how to use different systems and are able to pivot between them expertly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and presentation.
- Proficient in writing and collating documents, including basic reports.
- Able to support individuals in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and relationship management skills.
**Desired**:
- Understanding of the New Zealand Health sector.
- Have, and be able to utilise, the skills and knowledge necessary for constant quality improvement
