**About the role**

**Relevant Skills and Responsibilities**:

- Strong administrative or PA/EA experience in hands-on positions
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work at pace
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Calm under pressure, able to deal with competing demands and prioritise with autonomy
- Proactive and positive approach to work, able to connect the dots and make things happen
- Intermediate to Advanced ability in MS Office. Familiarity with MS Teams and SharePoint is beneficial.
- Confident in learning and adapting to new systems and tools

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Proactive PA support including calendar, inbox and meeting management. Confident in following up on items as appropriate.
- Printing of materials and collation of paper documents.
- Recording lawyers’ billable time and taking a proactive approach to understanding their portfolio in order to add context to invoices
- Run the monthly billing process for lawyer’s matters, making edits to invoices and issuing to clients.
- Taking the lead on good financial hygiene in debtor management, adjusting case estimates and processing expenses.
- Opening new legal matters on the system and completing associated workflow tasks, working to support AML processes.
- Running reports using Excel to keep lawyers informed on work in progress, billable time and other client based requests.
- Actively working in a Client Liaison Administrator capacity for several key clients, working closely with the Clients and Market’s team to share information, network and provide status updates.
- Recording client activity using our CRM tool InterAction to log BD activities and capture activity.
- Booking of travel using our travel management system.
- Running induction processes for the Corporate team, assisting to on-board new staff.
- Drafting of documentation and other ad hoc tasks such as event support and booking CPD events.
- Assisting with personal support as required.
