**Pae Ora Paiaka Whaiora Hauora Māori Directorate** has an opportunity opened to join the team based at Te Whare Rapuora, Palmerston North Hospital.

We are looking to recruit an Administrator to provide administrative support to the Whānau care Team and whānau utilising Te Whare Rapuora to ensure we deliver the highest quality service.

Your efficiency, professional approach, thoroughness, exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and calmness under pressure will be well received in this role. You will be joining a well-established Māori Health Directorate team. Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager Māori, this role will be busy and varied so your broad skill set, sound technical skills and multi-tasking ability will be well utilised. You will have responsibility, accountability and ownership for your role and actions. It is important that you are proactive and know how to use your initiative.

The array of duties and responsibilities associated with this role will include:

- Supports day-to-day administrative functions of Te Whare Rapuora and the Whānau Care Team
- Ensure the day operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently
- Administer Te Whare Rapuora Finance
- Monitoring Te Whare Rapuora Facilities
- Co-ordination and preparation of meetings, minute taking
- Manaaki Manuhiri
- Supporting Whānau Pani
- Preparation of reports, presentations and documents
- Handle confidential matters
