Take full responsibility for output quality, volume and timeliness from all machines during the shift. Have ownership for all applicable inventory.
- This role is located at our East Tamaki site.

**KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY**
- Work centre up time maximisation
- Process Improvement
- Team Coaching and training
- Health & safety and environmental performance
- Inventory control

Ensure a safe working environment is maintained and complies with organisational policies, and SOP’s.

Ensure all quality standards and processes are maintained and adhered to throughout the production facility.

Guide, coach and support the Team Leaders, store person and the production team.

Drive the efficient operation of the production area.

Ensure work centres are available for production as required by the manufacturing plan.

In conjunction with the engineering team, ensure machine output is maximised through correct setup.

Ensure maximum labour efficiency is achieved by continuously monitoring daily production schedule vs labour required.

Ensure processes are continually improved.

Report daily on factory performance.
