ourPlatforms is part of an ambitious investment programme to help us modernise our core business systems and processes and digitise our company to enable our market-led strategy.

**About the role**:
Working collaboratively with members of the Enterprise Portfolio Office (EPO) team and providing cross-functional support to the wider business, the Programme Coordinator will support the successful delivery of the ourPlatforms programme at Silver Fern Farms. The Programme Coordinator will assist with the planning, developing and monitoring of the ourPlatforms programme and projects

**Key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Programme coordinator of the ourPlatforms programme including coordinating reporting, identifying and escalating risks, preparation of documentation, monitoring budgets and managing the overarching schedule.
- Build a team of highly capable project coordinators and ensure consistency of project coordination across projects.
- Be a driver of cross programme culture that balances the need for specific programme outcomes with the overarching outcomes required for ourPlatforms. In essence, live the philosophy of “the sum is greater than its parts” - Aristotle
- Ensure that the SFF Projects Framework continues to be adhered to, and where appropriate, enhanced, by working closely with the EPO Coordinator

It is expected that this role will be required for 3 years as we execute the ourPlatforms programme and embed the EPO tools and techniques.

**The successful applicants will be able to show us they have the following skills: -**
- A minimum of three to five years' experience in supporting successful programmes and projects in an administration or coordination role
- Experience in a technology environment is desirable
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience working within a complex business environment
- Solid organisational skills, including multitasking, time management and attention to detail
- Resiliency and being able to work to tight deadlines
- Exceptional verbal, written, presentation and report writing skills
- Good analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
