Thai Cooks

We are looking for two Thai Cooks to join our team.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of the related work experience
- At least NZ Register Level 4 qualification may substitute for the experience (overseas qualifications must be comparable to the standard of the New Zealand qualification)
- Knowledge of Thai food ingredients
- Knowledge of Thai food cooking techniques

**Job Descriptions**
- Examine all ingredients to ensure quality
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment in the kitchen is in the good condition
- Preparing and cooking food
- Preparing all ingredients, vegetables and sauce
- Portioning food, placing it on plates
- Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities
- Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
- May assist in stocktake
- May help chef plan menu

**Other detail**
- This is a full-time and permanent position
- Wage payment is $29.66 per hour, and you will be paid weekly
- Holiday pay and sick leave will be paid according to the law
- You will be working at 51 Commercial Street, Takaka
- We are open from Tuesday to Sunday, Lunch 11.30 am - 2.30 pm, Dinner 5.00 pm - 8.30 pm

- You will work according to a roaster 5 - 6 days each week with a guarantee of 30 hours (a maximum of 48 hours).
