- Work closely with the Directors to help supervise junior staff
- Provide specialised technical structural engineering services
- Communicate with a varied client base across commercial, industrial, residential and public building projects
- Take project ownership of simple and smaller projects independently
- Become involved and lead business development initiatives.

**About the Person**:

- An ability to step straight into managing small projects
- 5+ years of similar consultancy design experience
- Seismic background
- A curious nature with a strong focus on continuous improvement
- Both technically and interpersonally strong.
