Reporting to the Bakery Team Leader, you will be responsible for preparing frozen products for baking, making pastry and bread doughs, baking required daily levels of products, producing bakery specific products are required such as scones, muffins, etc., assisting on the case and serving customers as required, merchandising the product and ensuring sufficient stock rotation.
Key attributes are:
- Positive attitude with loads of initiative & enthusiasm
- Well organised
- Passion for, and experience producing, baked products
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
