An exciting opportunity now exists to join our Business Technology team in an Application Support role at our Head Office in Palmerston North. Reporting directly to the Associate Manager - Enterprise Applications, this role will see you using your exceptional skills to provide specialist knowledge in the operation and support of our suite of Storefacing Enterprise Applications.

To be successful in this role you will need to have exceptional communication skills that enable you to form strong relationships with our Storesand effectively bridge the gap between end users and the technical teams. Your strong time management skills will ensure that you thrive in a timeframe driven environment and your excellent problem-solving and analytical skills will assist you to unpack and respond to any issues.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Providing specialist knowledge in the operation and support of our National Dealer Management System (TUNZ) as well as other Store facing Applications- Responding, unpacking, and resolving all TUNZ issues/queries raised with TNZ- Managing helpdesk tickets and ensuring they are resolved in line within expected timeframes-
- Coordination of planned software updates to support the improvement of the user experienceWe pride ourselves on our people so to be successful in the role you will need:
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to form good relationships- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines- The ability to thrive in a busy environment- A tertiary qualification in information technology, business studies or a related field (advantageous but not essential)- Experience in liaising with Automotive Stores is advantageousSo who are we?
