Senior Storeperson

Our client prides themselves on a inclusive hard working team culture with a do it once, do it right mentality they are now on the look out to add another experienced store man to their team. This is a hands on fast paced role, where you will run a warehouse that distributes fitness equipment to a range of commercial users. Your days will be a mix of daily operations, inwards, outwards and logistics. You will ensure the smooth running of the existing warehouse, and storage sites.

Some aspects of your role:

- Devanning & bay allocation
- Operating forklift, lifting equipment and delivery vehicles as required
- Pick and Pack multi SKU Pallet Orders
- Communicating with customers on deliveries
- Reviewing and maintaining stock levels
- Picking and dispatching orders
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety
- Stocktake duties
- Implementing process improvement initiatives What you'll bring to this role:

- Warehouse logistics experience (minimum of 3 years)
- Flexibility in your approach
- Strong understanding of warehousing principles
- Physically fit & Able
- Excellent computer skills
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements in a warehouse environment
- A forklift license is required
- A class 2 license would be able or willingness to undertake the training/paid course provided by the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
