**Position Overview**:
As a Heavy Machine Operator you will be responsible for operating various heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, loaders and other equipment to perform tasks such as excavation earthmoving and site preparation. You will work closely with our project teams following instructions to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the machinery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Perform tasks such as excavation,trenching and backfilling to support construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Follow project plans blueprints and instructions to accurately execute tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with project teams to coordinate machine operations with other construction activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including proper storage and handling of equipment and materials.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience as a Heavy Machine Operator preferably in a construction or earthmoving environment.
- Valid Heavy Machinery Operator certification or license.
- Strong knowledge of heavy machinery operations and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans blueprints and technical specifications.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
