**Why join us as a Barista Trainer?**

Your role is to provide high quality, professional barista training and support for key accounts and café customers. You’ll join a team of people passionate about all thing’s coffee, you'll create meaningful relationships with both your customers and colleagues. You’ll deliver comprehensive training sessions on coffee preparation and machinery operation for both new and existing clients, ensuring their proficiency and confidence in coffee-related tasks. An addition to this, you’ll be continuously learning, keeping up with the latest industry trends and regulation as well as striving for excellence.

Based in the lower South Island, this is part-time role. Like any trainer position, it involves regular regional travel. You will be working onsite at cafes, customer sites, and our office.

**What are we looking for?**

You may be a coffee enthusiast with an administration or coordination background, and be someone who has the confidence coaching, teaching, and sharing knowledge. You'll be eager to do something a bit different and be excited by the opportunity to continually enhance your coffee knowledge. We can teach you all there is to know about coffee and training, if you have strong organisational skills and the energy to learn then we want to hear from you This role will require you to be on the road throughout the Otago region training our key accounts and baristas on how to make the best coffee and provide the best customer experience.
