**Good Group Hospitality has been in operation for over twenty years and is a leading player in the New Zealand Hospitality industry, with businesses in both Australia and New Zealand. We have a very exciting and unique opportunity for a talented and keen Restaurant Manager who understands how to support a busy, award winning venue.**

Located in the historic Archer's Cottage with spectacular lake views and signature roaring log fires inside and out, Botswana Butchery is one of Queenstown's most stylish and busiest restaurants having recently been awarded a Cuisine Good Food Award Chefs Hat.

Do you have a successful track record for managing premium high volume restaurants and who has a passion for delivering customer experiences second to none?

Do you have an enthusiastic, energetic attitude and have a goal to grow in your hospitality career and consistently work towards new and exciting opportunities?

The appointees will support the day to day operations of the business and work closely with the Executive Management to maximise the growth potential of this thriving business.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in senior hospitality roles including large scale restaurants.
- Proven experience in staff leadership, training and development.
- Excellent business management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work calmly over pressure.
- "Can do" attitude, ready to face a busy service head on leading a strong team.
- Experience in performance analysis, reporting and strategy development.
- Excellent decision making skills and a can do approach to work.
- General managers certificate necessary
- NZ work rights essential
