**The role**:
Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of High quality and delicious Organic food products, working across grocery, produce and bulk food. As a team leader you will, at times, be required to lead small teams within the warehouse operation. The Team Leader will identify and develop ideas and constantly seek continuous improvement. The team
- lead role requires hands-on involvement and competency in all aspects of the warehouse including goods receipting, storage, inventory management, pick pack, dispatch and housekeeping.

**Responsibilities**:

- Health & Safety - ensuring zero harm.
- Inwards Goods - including MPI biosecurity.
- Storage - effective space management and inventory control
- Dispatch - prioritizing customer orders.
- Compliance - Audit support
- Warehouse Yard/ Housekeeping

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Forklift Licence with Reach Experience. Must be a highly proficient forklift operator.
- MPI certified accreditation is an advantage.
- Be able to complete all required paperwork / digital forms fully and accurately.
- Good understanding of inwards goods processing
- Possess previous experience in warehousing and relevant industry expertise.
- Supervising people and process to ensure safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency goals are met.
- Interpersonal excellence and sound communicator
- Adherence to compliance
