We’re looking for an IQP (Independent Qualified Person)/PSR (Packaged Service Repairs) Coordinator, ensuring the safety, reliability, and compliance of Elevators/Escalators and Autowalks through effective coordination and management of IQP Defects & PSRs to meet industry standards and regulatory mandates in Auckland, New Zealand.

What will you be doing?
- Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating IQP inspections and certifications for Elevators/Escalators and Autowalks.
- Liaise with external IQP agencies to schedule inspections and ensure timely completion of certification requirements.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and IQP agencies to address any compliance issues or discrepancies.
- Coordinate PSRs for Elevators/Escalators and Autowalks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project management.
What are we looking for?
- Prior experience in the elevator industry, particularly in maintenance, repairs, or inspection coordination, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, external agencies, and customers.
- Proven organisational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic industry environment.
- Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality.
- Excellent communication skills, a customer service mindset and ability to work as part of a team.
- An ability to start/finish at flexible times and work after-hours as required.
