Roofing Foreman

The company has over 80 staff and subcontractors, specialising in commercial and industrial new roofing, re-roofing, repairs and maintenance, skylight replacements, membrane, seismic expansion joints, roof access, walkway systems, insulated roof and cladding systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Roofer who is looking for a role that offers exciting pathways into senior positions.

**About the role**:

- Install metal roofing material including waterproofing membrane
- Construct and assemble layers of roofing and cladding from insulation
- Maintain proper safety codes and procedures to keep up with H&S
- Perform installation and repair of commercial buildings
- Learn leadership and communication skills
- Communicating with clients and Project Managers
- Roof removal, re-framing, re-pitching, and installation
- Measuring and cutting to plans along with site measurements for roof removal and replacement

**About you**:

- You have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant roofing experience
- Industry qualification is a MUST
- Clean full drivers license
- You must have excellent written & verbal communication skills
- You must have the ability to embrace cultural diversity in the workplace
