Job Advertisement: Retail Supervisor

Are you passionate about retail and ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to join our team at our Whangarei location.

Position: Retail Supervisor

Location: Whangarei

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Minimum of 30 hours per week

Hourly Rate: $29.70 to $31.61

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support retail staff in daily operations
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
- Oversee inventory management and stock control
- Assist in staff training and development
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a retail environment preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Must be able to work in weekends and public holidays.
