**About the role**:

- This role is includes being on and off the tools, managing commercial sites and staff to ensure they are finishing and completing projects on time and within budget.
- Interpret drawings and specifications to map layout for water, gas, sewerage, drainage and other plumbing materials.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure etc to identify issues
- Utilise Word, Excel and Outlook for reporting and workflow purposes
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

**About you**:

- You have 5 years working on relevant commercial sites, overseeing teams and projects.
- You are a qualified and certified plumber.
- Proficient with copper, ReHAU, UPVC, PPR, HDPE, steel pipework and the assembly and installation of valves and meters
- You have NZ Plumbers Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board License, and a Current Site Safe Card
- You have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
- You have a full clean NZ drivers license
