We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement
Analyst/Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Department. You will be involved
in assisting and supporting the Procurement Team in the management of
relationships and contracts aiming at reducing costs and increasing
efficiencies wherever possible through effective procurement practices and
process.
You - ll be involved in supporting the end-to-end
procurement process including establishing business requirements, supplier
negotiation, data and contract management and analysis, managing and
coordinating projects and dealing with a variety of internal and external
stakeholders daily. You will work collaboratively to ensure customer
requirements are being met, both efficiently and effectively.

Skills and Experience
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Post Graduate in
Business/Commerce)
- Previous procurement analyst experience supporting a large
procurement team
- Advance ability of Microsoft Excel and BI
- Advanced written communication skills
- Ability to analyse financial data and present solutions to complex
contract schedules
- Experience with Oracle
- Proven experience managing supplier/customer relationships,
commercial contracts and products
- Experience in contract administration You - ll also have superb interpersonal skills with
the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across various
professions. Your accuracy and attention to detail will be of the highest
level, along with your ability to multi-task and work seamlessly under pressure
and with multiple deadlines. You - ll have excellent word processing skills,
outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Experience of using Oracle
is desirable.
