**Key Responsibilities**

**Welding and Fabrication**:

- Conduct welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and arc welding to create and assemble metal frameworks and structures for signs.
- Fabricate metal components and structures as per design specifications and blueprints, ensuring high precision.
- Perform post-welding treatment such as cleaning, buffing, and polishing finished workpieces.
- Secure and fasten structural components using appropriate methods.
- Utilize manual and mechanical processes to weld in various positions, ensuring structural integrity.

**Sign Making and Installation**:

- Install signage at client sites, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing signs as needed.

**Additional Skills**

**Scaffolding**:

- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely for the purpose of installing signage at heights.
- Ensure all scaffolding work complies with safety standards and regulations.

**Graphics Design**:

- Collaborate with the design team to create visual concepts for signage projects.
- Use graphic design software to produce digital designs and mockups

**Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of proven experience in welding and metal fabrication.
- Relevant training certifications required.
- Experience in sign making and installation preferred.
- Acumen in graphics design is ideal.

**Skills**
- Strong technical skills in welding and fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Innovative and creative in design work, especially if possessing graphics design skills (bonus)
- Must be fluent in written and verbal English & Filipino (preferred)

Pay: $31.66 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
