Starting hourly rate of $29.65316 (Classification MGTIG6). 15% shift loading is additional on afternoon shift and 30% shift loading is additional on night shift.

The Role:
We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and hands on person to join the Maintenance team as a Lubrication Technician. Reporting to the Reliability Technician, your main responsibility will be to safely and efficiently carry out lubrication technician duties across the Jubilee Sawmill Site, such as:

- System lubrication upkeep and repairs.
- Routine machinery greasing and maintenance.
- Health monitoring and improvement of machinery to ensure optimum operation.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving relevant to machine lubrication and greasing.

You will have:

- Keen interest in mechanical problem solving and machine maintenance.
- Ability to prioritise & act with a sense of urgency to achieve plant uptime targets.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills or the ability to develop them.
- Ability to work effectively independently or in a group.
- Willingness to continually learn and upskill as required.

Working a 5-day week, 8 hours per day on a rotating 3 shift roster (day, afternoon and nights). Weekend work and shift coverage may be required.
