We are seeking experienced support workers to join our Homecare and Rehab teams across Christchurch.

Te Mahi/About the Position
- Working autonomously with a wide range of clients in the community
- Must be confident or capable of learning all Nurse Maude competencies associated with Support Worker role including, but not limited to: Personal Care, Domestic assistance, hoisting, medication oversight, Compression hosiery, Ostomy and Catheter cares.
- Liaising with colleagues regarding client care and wellbeing Using your personal vehicle to drive between scheduled visits.Hours of work:

- We are seeking permanent part-time employees with min qualification of level 3 Health and wellbeing (NZQA) to work 64 hours per fortnight or more.
- Successful permanent part-time applicants will be offered guaranteed hours within a base roster that will include morning, evening and weekend shifts. A commitment to being available to work rostered weekend days is required.He momo/About you
- Be professional, honest and reliable, and friendly in your approach.
- Be able to quickly form safe, therapeutic relationships with clients you care for while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Be effective and professional in your communication.
- Be able to complete all physical aspects of role.
- Hold a full New Zealand drivers' licence and have your own reliable transport.
- Be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
- NZQA Certificate - Level 3 or Level 4 - in Health and Wellbeing or equivalent health qualification, and previous experience in the industry would be preferred.
- Have received at least two covid19 Vaccinations and be able to provide evidence of your vaccination record.
