**NIGHT SHIFT CLEANING TEAM LEADER**

**About the Role**:
We are on the search for a Supervisor to lead the
**NIGHT-SHIFT** Cleaning & Sanitation Team. You will be responsible for the effective & efficient operations of the team ensuring a high standard of execution due to the industry requirements.

**Key Role Requirements**:

- Successfully lead the team to achieve goals & operational objectives
- Organize & coordinate daily cleaning requirements
- Ensure adherence to industry & company standards
- Conduct regular inspections and checks
- Communicate & engage with different departments
- Assist & report to management
- Management & allocation of department resources

Ideally, you will come from a previous team lead / supervisory role with a successful track record in the cleaning space. You will be required to have excellent people, time management & communication capabilities.
