Trust Law is a true specialist legal area, so you want to work in a firm which doesn’t just dabble around the edges, but already has an extensive client portfolio and a strong reputation as trusted partners in effective trust administration.

With around 850 Trust clients HFL fits the above brief and has an opportunity for a Trusts lawyer to join their highly capable team. As Senior Solicitor -Trusts & Estate you will be a valued member of the team, and motivated by similar values that drive the firm’s decisions.

In this role you will be leading a broad range of trust work and enjoy building long-term client relationships. Technically you will bring at least 8 years’ PQE, and perhaps some overseas trust experience. You will be passionate about Trust law and have experience across a range of trust structures. Please note, experience in estate planning is desirable but not an essential requirement.
