Enjoy making high quality food and working as part of a team at Mekong Bufflao Restaurant, an Asian fusion restaurant. We are looking for 3 cooks with experience making delicious south Indian cuisine. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week with a pay rate of $24 p/h.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and cooking excellent food.
- Work and food preparations with ingredients and south Indian cooking equipment.
- Some knowledge making Lachcha Paratha (Layered Indian Bread) and Naan bread.
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

**Skills and Qualifications Required**:

- 6 months experience in cooking.
- A team player.
- Hard working and have attention to details.
- Able to pass MOJ and drug tests.
