**Location**: Mount Wellington, Auckland.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process various types of fish for customers, ensuring top-quality cuts.
- Weigh and portion fish according to customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Follow all safety and food handling protocols to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Ensure the highest quality products are delivered to customers, both for export and local markets.

**About You**:

- Proven experience as a Knife Hand, with strong knife skills.
- Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early morning starts.
